6 Reasons to Consider Wall-Mounted Faucets
Save on precious space and cleaning time
When it comes down to it, there are many pivotal choices involved in a bathroom renovation. To spotlight one in particular, your faucet, we decided to highlight one of our favorite options: the wall-mounted variety. The seamless design not only will free up countertop space, it will also save you cleaning time (think about all the grime that builds up on a standard faucet!). Ahead, we round up six Sweeten homeowners’ bathrooms featuring the modern fixture.
A leak in Erin and Brian’s bathroom made a remodel necessary, but Brian, an architect had long been considering a design overhaul to create a space inspired by hotels he’d seen around world. The clawfoot tub, blue tile floor, and wall-mounted faucet definitely bring in a sense of international grandeur.
After a successful kitchen renovation with Sweeten, Amy and Nick came back to take on their bathroom. While bigger changes, like removing a wall and raising the ceiling, had the biggest impact, small details really defined the space. The contemporary vanity was repurposed from a side table, and above it, a sleek wall-mounted faucet leaves the limited counter space free for storage.
Pallavi and Keyur knew they wanted to stick to a classic black-and-white palette for their bathroom remodel. They also incorporated more contemporary touches, from the custom vanity to the wall-mounted fixtures.
Meredith and Jason focused on design elements that’d make their small bathroom feels as big as possible. A smaller floating vanity, along with a wall-hung toilet (with the tank behind the wall), and wall-mounted faucet made all the difference and created the illusion of more space.
Nazli and Larry’s bathroom renovation plan was built off the wall-mounted faucet. They brought in matching touches of gold in the vanity hardware, wall lighting, and mirrors to tie the whole look together
These homeowners’ bathroom was small yet functional. To give it more style and make it suited to their needs, they updated all the fixtures, plus swapped out the bathtub for a walk-in shower. The gold hardware, including the wall-mounted faucet, became their favorite design choice.
